Inclusive Change

Inclusive Change is a Bristol-based workforce transformation consultancy working with organisations across the UK on change management, inclusive leadership and neurodiversity.

Founded by Lucy Smith, the company helps HR teams, managers and senior leaders navigate organisational change, including restructuring, new ways of working and the introduction of AI, while keeping people at the centre of the process. Its neurodiversity work covers workplace audits, reasonable adjustments and manager training aimed at removing unnecessary barriers for neurodivergent employees, alongside broader inclusive leadership development.

Services are delivered through consultancy, coaching, mentoring and training, both online and in person, ranging from short webinars to full-day programmes and longer implementation projects. Inclusive Change works with organisations across the public, private and third sectors, including the NHS, higher education, local government, technology, hospitality, professional services, charities and sports bodies, and also offers direct mentoring and coaching support to individuals.
