James has led innovation inside a global brand and built and sold his own AI company, so his advice comes from having done the work.
James Poulter is an AI keynote speaker and the author of AI at Work: How to Build a Full Stack Organisation, published by Bloomsbury in 2026. He has delivered more than 250 keynotes, and he is the founder and CEO of ThreePoint Labs.
Before that, James led emerging platforms and social media innovation at The LEGO Group, and he founded the voice AI company Vixen Labs, which was sold to House 337 in 2023. He has advised organisations including Amazon, Verizon, Bosch and Universal Music.
His sessions help leaders and teams understand what AI means for their work, and how to use it with care. He speaks at conferences and company events in the UK and the US, and he also runs interactive workshops online. A standard keynote lasts 45 to 75 minutes. Message James to talk about your event.
