Moonfull creates nature wellbeing team building that helps people slow down, reconnect and feel more human at work.
We work with organisations to design meaningful team experiences, away days and wellbeing sessions that combine nature, creativity, conversation and time away from constant digital noise.
Our work is designed for teams who want something more thoughtful than a standard corporate away day, something that creates genuine connection, fresh thinking and space to reset.
We’ve worked with organisations including RSPB, NHS and Laing O’Rourke, and we create experiences for teams across the UK and internationally.
Moonfull delivers experiences anywhere in the UK and can accommodate groups from 1 to 200 people. Experiences can be designed around specific objectives including wellbeing, team connection, communication, creativity, leadership and sustainability. Short-notice bookings are available where availability allows.
Moonfull has £10 million Public Liability Insurance, provides full risk assessments and outdoor First Aid-trained facilitators, and is a registered supplier on Once For All / Constructionline. Catering and refreshments are available for all dietary requirements.
Moonfull has guided over 1,000 participants since 2021 and can work with purchase orders and formal supplier onboarding requirements. 50% of Moonfull’s company profits are donated to green initiatives in the UK.
