Embedded change management and adoption for AI change programmes.

Neurodiversity Training Institute provides workplace training for managers and teams around autism, ADHD and AuDHD, led by Racheal Pallares. Rather than a general awareness session, the training looks at the everyday friction points where neurodivergent working styles and typical workplace structures pull against each other, covering areas such as focus and distraction, task initiation, follow-through, two-way communication, masking and adapting to last-minute change.
The approach draws on organisational psychology and is built on universal design, so it does not require staff to disclose a diagnosis before taking part. Delivery is tailored rather than packaged, and can include coaching, workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, a train-the-trainer programme, gap analysis, or support setting up a neurodivergent hiring pilot.
Work can start with a single manager or team rather than requiring a company-wide mandate. The institute works with both organisations and individual managers, including those who are themselves autistic, ADHD or AuDHD, on leading in a way that fits how they think.
