One Model

One Model is a people analytics platform that brings together HR, recruitment, payroll, engagement, performance and finance data into a single governed data model, aimed at removing the reconciliation work and conflicting numbers that come from juggling separate HR systems.

The platform is built to sit around an organisation's existing data set rather than forcing data into a fixed template, and it includes tools for building custom dashboards and storyboards, an AI assistant for querying workforce data, and workforce forecasting and planning features.

It is aimed at large, complex organisations that need governed access and standardised metric definitions so that different teams do not each produce their own version of a workforce number. One Model is ISO certified, and the company positions security and governance controls alongside the analytics itself.
