OnHand is a corporate social responsibility platform covering volunteering, sustainability and employee engagement in one place.

The core product is a volunteering platform that connects employees to local and global causes, with thousands of volunteering actions available depending on team location and interests, alongside fully managed group volunteering sessions. Beyond the platform, OnHand offers CSR consultancy support from cause selection through to campaign rollout, ready-made localised content and campaigns to raise visibility of a company's programme, and reporting that tracks metrics such as CO2e reductions, participation rates and overall social impact. Causes covered include food poverty and waste, environmental projects, older adult care, social isolation, support for young people, and homelessness.

The company was set up in partnership with global charities and works with over 2,000 charities and NGOs through the platform. It is typically taken on as an ongoing subscription covering the platform, reporting and support, rather than a single one-off campaign, and can be scaled from a single volunteering day to an ongoing CSR programme.
