Orgvue

Orgvue is an organisational design and workforce planning platform used to model how a company's structure, roles and skills fit its strategy, particularly as AI changes which work is done by people versus systems.

The platform brings together workforce data from multiple HR, finance and operational systems into a single model, and covers four main stages: analysing where capability gaps, cost inefficiencies and transformation risks sit; designing and comparing alternative organisational structures before committing resources; planning the skills and talent needed and how to close any gaps; and ongoing monitoring so that shifts in attrition, demand or capability are picked up early.

An AI assistant, Henshaw, supports tasks such as clustering roles by similarity to speed up design work. Orgvue is generally taken on as an enterprise software licence supported by the company's own organisational design and workforce planning specialists, and is used for one-off restructuring projects as well as continuous, ongoing workforce planning.
