Polinode

Polinode is an organisational network analysis platform that maps how people actually collaborate and communicate, using custom relationship surveys, passive data from tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams and Slack, and an AI chat interface to answer questions about the resulting network data. Its analysis covers more than 30 network metrics and can visualise organisations of up to around 50,000 people, supporting use cases such as identifying influential employees for change management, spotting silos and workload imbalances between teams, informing organisation design, supporting onboarding and internal mobility, surfacing hidden or emerging talent, and measuring diversity and inclusion through a network lens.

The platform is used by HR and people analytics teams, external consultants who embed Polinode's network analysis into their own client work, academics researching organisational networks, and not-for-profits mapping partner ecosystems. It is SOC 2 certified and offers optional professional services from organisational network analysis specialists.
