Rock Choir Collective is the corporate workplace division of Rock Choir, the UK contemporary choir organisation, delivering singing-based team building sessions led by professional Rock Choir Leaders.
Sessions require no auditions or ability to read music and are built around warm-ups, learning a well-known song in harmony, light movement, and an optional final performance, run for groups from around ten up to two hundred people. Formats range from a short ice-breaker session to a full team-building day or a recurring in-house workplace choir programme, with extended packages available covering performance skills, themed events, karaoke and wellbeing add-ons.
The company has delivered sessions for organisations including Harper Adams University, the NHS, PepsiCo and TK Maxx, positioning workplace singing as a way to break down barriers between departments, build trust and improve communication and mental wellbeing.
It suits organisations wanting a memorable, inclusive alternative to a conventional office party or team-building exercise, whether as a one-off event or an ongoing workplace choir.
