Silk Helix is a UK neurodiversity and HR consultancy founded by Jenefer Livings, a Chartered CIPD member, qualified Workplace Needs Assessor and neurodivergent HR specialist with more than 20 years of HR experience.

The firm delivers neurodiversity and management training, including condition-specific sessions on ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia, alongside Workplace Needs Assessments that identify practical adjustments for individual employees, each including an implementation plan and a three-month follow-up review.

Its HR compliance work covers employment contracts, documentation and ongoing advice on changing employment law, including the Employment Rights Act 2025, aimed at reducing HR issues and the risk of employment tribunals. Training and assessments are delivered by Jenefer personally rather than by a wider bench of consultants, and are grounded in the SHAPE method, her own five-step framework for managers supporting neurodivergent staff.
