The Business Storytelling Centre is a boutique leadership development consultancy built around business storytelling techniques, working with organisations to help leaders communicate strategy and change in a way that is engaging and unifying rather than reliant on traditional, predominantly Western and male-authored leadership development frameworks the consultancy has set out to challenge.
Services span three areas: supporting strategy and transformation teams to communicate new strategy, coaching leaders individually to build influence and network through storytelling, and training internal communication teams to use stories in their own work and to coach leaders to do the same.
The consultancy draws on academic research and its team's own lived experience, and is certified as a women of colour-led business through MSDUK.
