New platform Workbloom automates employee recognition programmes to remove admin burden and operational complexity, as research shows that over 30% of HR teams still manage employee rewards manually.

Workbloom, the Irish-based employee recognition and rewards platform, just launched a series of upgrades to their platform as part of their mission to make employee recognition simple, meaningful and measurable.

The launch highlights improvements to their milestone builder where with just a few clicks HR teams can set up their recognition programme and let it run all year in the background. The tool automates employee birthdays and work anniversaries, so no important milestone gets missed.

Customisable templates and brand communications ensure that recognition stays personal, while a rich catalogue of more than 1,000 awards in 32 countries answers the needs of global, distributed teams.

These improvements follow Workbloom’s research of 200 HR professionals across UK, US and Germany, in which over 30% said that they still manage employee rewards and incentives manually. Among the tasks that take too much time from HR teams were tracking and approving rewards, communication with employees about incentives and calculating and distributing rewards.

Workbloom’s platform brings automation, personalisation and reporting into one place to remove admin and free up HR time to celebrate their people.

“Too often, great work goes unnoticed – especially in hybrid or remote environments.” said Julian Morrison, CEO at Benamic and Workbloom. “Workbloom solves this by centralising recognition, celebrating achievements and delivering real-time insights so organisations can proactively celebrate their people.”

“Our mission is to make employee recognition simple, strategic and scalable, helping HR teams build lasting cultures of appreciation without complexity.” Morrison says, “With multi-currency support, Workbloom adapts effortlessly to organisations’ existing HR ecosystem and global workforces – making recognition both efficient and inclusive.”
