Employee Volunteering CIC, part of the Employee Volunteering Group based in Odiham, Hampshire, designs and delivers corporate volunteering programmes for individuals and teams, in person or online, covering both practical and skills-based activities.
Programmes are supported by a purpose-built volunteering platform that can be used as part of a fully managed service or on a self-serve basis, helping organisations schedule opportunities, manage sign-ups and track participation.
Its projects range from skills-based volunteering with charity leaders and financial resilience workshops, through to practical activities such as tree planting, conservation work, refurbishing IT equipment for digital inclusion projects, and school and residential care visits. Each practical session is run with in-house trained facilitators handling risk management and logistics.
As a Community Interest Company, Employee Volunteering CIC works with charities, schools and community organisations across the UK and internationally, tailoring each programme to a client's sustainability, wellbeing or community engagement goals.
