HubEngage

HubEngage is a modular employee experience platform that combines communications, engagement and operations into a single hub, aimed particularly at organisations with frontline and deskless workers as well as office-based staff.

Individual Hubs cover distinct jobs: a Communications Hub for sharing updates, announcements and policies, a Recognition Hub for celebrating milestones and achievements, a Social Hub for peer interaction on a secure internal platform, a Survey and Forms Hub for pulse surveys and sentiment tracking, and a Messaging Hub for real-time individual and group messaging.

Organisations can adopt one Hub or combine several, and content can be pushed out across mobile apps, web, email, SMS and digital signage from a single point, with the platform auto-formatting for each channel. Gamification features, such as points and leaderboards, are built in to encourage participation in surveys, recognition and content engagement, and an AI layer supports content creation, translation and analytics.

HubEngage is generally adopted as an ongoing platform subscription intended to replace a mix of separate communication, recognition and survey tools with one connected system.
